The walk down the hallways at Grand Park Hotel have been turned into a walk that takes visitors more than a thousand years back in time, back to the middle ages, fierce vikings and battles such as the historic Battle of Hastings. Changing England's history, the battle was depicted on the Bayeux Tapestry, which has been re-imagined by the artist Susanne Thea in "Paraphrases of the Bayeux Tapestry", consisting of a hundred of art pieces. Turning the exhibition into a multimedia experience, it is possible to rent an iPod at the reception with a mobile 1-hour dramatization of the battle, with an alternative track with the artist's own comments.
